All orders, payments, shipping, and legal responsibilities are handled exclusively by Anna & Morgan
(Frankenstraße 152, 90461 Nuremberg, Germany), which acts as the sole contractual partner.
Production time:
Each garment is made to order. Production begins only after full payment and order confirmation.
Production typically takes 2 – 3 weeks (may vary during peak seasons).
Shipping time (EU):
Approximately 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation (may vary during peak seasons).
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control
(e.g. customs processing, shipping carrier delays, public holidays, or incorrect delivery information).
- Free shipping within the EU & EFTA for orders above €350
- Orders below this: €15 flat rate
- International shipping (outside EU/EFTA): calculated by weight and destination, shown before checkout
- For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
