This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through www.theoneshirt.de. TheOneShirt is a brand operated by AMTHENO OÜ, which is the seller and contractual party for orders placed through the website.
TheOneShirt garments are made to order and are not held as finished-garment stock. Production begins after full payment and order confirmation. Current TheOneShirt garments are individually personalised with the customer's mandatory monogram and are produced according to the fit, size and design options selected in the order.
Production typically takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks from order confirmation. After production and quality control, the order is dispatched to the customer. The total estimated delivery time is generally approximately 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation.
These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless AMTHENO OÜ expressly agrees to a specific binding date. Peak production periods, public holidays, customs processing, carrier disruption, incorrect or incomplete delivery information and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Available shipping destinations and the applicable shipping charge are shown on the website or at checkout before the customer places the order. Where a free-shipping threshold or promotional shipping rate applies, the relevant conditions will be displayed to the customer.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.
AMTHENO OÜ may use different logistics, fulfilment and delivery partners depending on the destination and operational requirements. We therefore do not guarantee that every shipment will be handled by one particular carrier. Where tracking is available, the customer will receive the relevant tracking information after dispatch.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. If an order cannot be delivered because the information supplied by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact the customer where reasonably possible. Additional delivery costs caused by incorrect customer-supplied information may be charged where permitted by law.
For consumer orders, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, an item is missing, or there is another delivery problem, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. Prompt reporting helps us investigate the matter with the logistics provider, but it does not shorten any mandatory statutory rights.
A delivery problem is different from a defect or lack of conformity in the garment itself. If a personalised TheOneShirt garment is defective, damaged or does not conform to the order, the customer should contact us with the order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs and, where reasonably requested, video or other information sufficient to assess the issue.
Because TheOneShirt garments are individually produced and permanently personalised, AMTHENO OÜ does not normally require a defective garment to be physically returned solely for inspection. If a physical return is reasonably necessary to assess or resolve a valid conformity claim, we will provide the relevant instructions and bear the reasonable return cost where required by applicable law. Detailed remedies and claim procedures are set out in our Return / Refund Policy and General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
If a parcel is returned to us or to a logistics partner because it was refused, unclaimed or could not be delivered, we will contact the customer where reasonably possible to determine the next step. Any additional shipping cost may be charged to the customer where the failed delivery resulted from circumstances for which the customer is responsible and where permitted by law.
