This Stock & Order Policy explains how TheOneShirt products are stocked, ordered and produced. TheOneShirt is a brand operated by AMTHENO OÜ, which is the seller and contractual party for orders placed through www.theoneshirt.de.
TheOneShirt does not normally keep ready-made finished garments in stock. Instead, fabrics and production materials are maintained or sourced for production, and each garment is manufactured only after a confirmed paid order is received. Even where standard sizes are offered, the finished garment is produced specifically after the order rather than selected from finished-garment inventory.
This made-to-order model helps avoid unnecessary overproduction and allows each garment to be produced with the customer's selected product options and individual monogram.
Current TheOneShirt garments are made to order (MTO). Depending on the product, customers may select standard options such as fit, size, pocket style, hem style and other available design features. Current TheOneShirt garments also require an individual monogram, which permanently personalises the garment for the customer.
For legal clarity, the fact that a garment is made only after an order is placed, that no finished stock is held, or that a customer selects ordinary standard options does not by itself make the garment personalised for statutory withdrawal purposes. The permanent individual monogram is the key personalisation element in the current TheOneShirt ordering process.
Orders are processed after full payment has been received and AMTHENO OÜ has issued an order confirmation. The customer is responsible for reviewing the selected fit, size, design options, monogram and delivery information before submitting the order. The binding order specifications are those recorded in the order and order confirmation.
If a selected fabric or product cannot be supplied, we will contact the customer before production proceeds and offer an appropriate alternative or another legally compliant solution.
As an additional customer service, the customer may normally request a change to, or cancellation of, an order within 24 hours after payment, provided production has not yet begun. Requests should be sent promptly to dany@annamorgantailoring.com. AMTHENO OÜ will confirm whether the requested change or cancellation can still be accepted.
This 24-hour window is a voluntary commercial benefit. It is not the statutory 14-day withdrawal period and does not create a statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right for a garment that is clearly personalised.
After the voluntary order window, or earlier where the customer has expressly agreed to an accelerated production arrangement, the order may be released for production. Fabric cutting and garment manufacture then proceed according to the confirmed order specifications.
The legal reason that the statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right does not apply to current TheOneShirt garments is their clear personalisation through the customer's individual monogram, not merely the moment at which fabric cutting begins. Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Production typically takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks from order confirmation. After production and quality control, the garment is dispatched. The total estimated delivery time is generally approximately 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation, subject to the destination, peak periods, logistics and other circumstances described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Where tracking is available, the customer will receive tracking information after dispatch.
Once production has begun, changes requested by the customer may no longer be technically possible or may require additional work, materials or cost. We will assess such requests individually and will tell the customer whether the requested change can be accommodated and whether any additional charge would apply before proceeding.
The made-to-order and personalised nature of a garment does not reduce the customer's statutory rights if the garment is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced or otherwise does not conform to the order. Claims are handled in accordance with our Return / Refund Policy and General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Because personalised garments cannot normally be resold, AMTHENO OÜ does not routinely require a defective garment to be physically returned solely for inspection. We normally assess the issue first from the order information, photographs and, where reasonably requested, video or other supporting information. A physical return is requested only where reasonably necessary to assess or resolve the claim.
Before completing the purchase of a personalised garment, the customer is informed that the garment will be made specifically for the customer and permanently personalised with the customer's monogram, and that the statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right therefore does not apply. The customer must actively confirm the relevant acknowledgement in the ordering process. This does not affect statutory rights if the garment is defective or does not conform to the order.
This Stock & Order Policy should be read together with the TheOneShirt General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return / Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
