Theoneshirt (www.theoneshirt.de) is a brand operated by Anna & Morgan (www.annamorgantailoring.com).
All orders, payments, and legal responsibilities are handled exclusively by Anna & Morgan
(Frankenstraße 152, 90461 Nuremberg, Germany), which acts as the sole contractual partner.
At our factory, we do not keep ready-made garments in stock. Instead, we maintain a selection of high-quality fabrics,
which are only manufactured into garments once an order has been placed. This ensures each product is individually crafted
and helps us avoid unnecessary overproduction.
Even standard sizes are produced individually upon order and are not pre-manufactured or stored as finished goods.
Our products are produced individually upon order and include mandatory customization elements (such as monograms
and selected design options).
Once production has started (fabric cutting), the order is considered personalized and cannot be cancelled.
As a result, the order is excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under §312g BGB.
Order Window – 24 Hours
You may request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, production begins
and cancellation is no longer possible due to the personalized nature of the product.
After the 24-hour window has elapsed, we begin cutting the fabric according to your selected size.
- From this point onwards, the order can no longer be cancelled.
- This policy is in accordance with legal standards, as personalized garments are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Following the cutting stage, your garment will be completed and shipped within approximately 3–4 weeks
(including delivery time to the customer).
It will be shipped immediately upon completion, and you will receive tracking information once dispatched.
