Return Policy (EU) – theoneshirt

1. Scope & who this applies to

This policy applies to consumer purchases (B2C) of made-to-order garments from theoneshirt, a brand operated by Anna & Morgan Tailoring, delivered within the European Union.


It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights granted by EU or national law.

 

2. No “change-of-mind” returns (personalised goods)

As we do not keep stock, each garment is individually manufactured upon order and includes mandatory customization elements,

such as monograms and selected design options (e.g. hem style).

As a result, all products are considered personalized goods and are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under §312g BGB.

As a general rule, returns or refunds are not accepted.

 

3. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

Even without a right of withdrawal:
- Customers always have the right to claim if items are faulty, defective, or not as described.
- In the EU, this falls under the two-year legal guarantee of conformity.


If your product has defects, notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt, including:

- Your order number 
- A brief issue description 
- Photographic documentation

If the complaint is valid, we offer:

- Free replacement with the same product 
- Changes to the fabric free of charge if the original fabric is out of stock 
- Optional design/fabric changes (subject to 20% surcharge + material difference) 
- Refunds or discounts may be offered at our discretion in individual cases


Theoneshirt, operated by Anna & Morgan, reserves the right to refuse replacement production

if the customer fails to cooperate by providing the information requested for such reproduction.

 

4. After-Sales and Damaged/Missing Deliveries

Report delivery issues (damaged parcels, missing items) within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Please email us with photos and your order number to expedite resolution.

 

5. Customer Acknowledgement

Prior to completing the purchase, the customer is required to actively confirm acceptance of these conditions via a dedicated

acknowledgment checkbox.

The order can only be completed once the customer has actively agreed to these conditions by selecting the confirmation box

before adding the item to the cart or proceeding to checkout.
